The rooms on the upper floors offer high-quality amenities, including Francis Francis coffee machines, exactly as shown in the pictures. The service, while generally attentive, seems somewhat inexperienced, except for the manager who is more assertive. The dining, including egg dishes, was included in my rate and quite satisfying. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
